Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed March 16, 2023 found that Living Care Home Services, LLC.. had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey conducted January 18, 2023.

Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state licensure survey completed on January 18, 2023.
